Oleta Kalfsbeek, 96, of Williams, passed away peacefully in her sleep July 18, 2022, at Enloe Hospital in Chico, CA. She was born in Marlow, OK, on April 1, 1926, to Dora and Newl Dodson.
Oleta is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Lee Kalfsbeek; brothers Elbert and Lavern Dodson; sisters Doris Mitchel and Lajean Bibby; grandsons William and Jeffery Howell.
She is survived by her brother Lyndall (Peggy) Dodson; son Mervyn (Betty) Howell; stepson David (Judy) Kalfsbeek; granddaughter Janet (Ty) Lompa; grandson Mike (Erin) Kalfsbeek; great granddaughters Melissa (Fred) Tieman, Chance Lompa, Addie Lompa and Holly Lompa;great grandsons Cache Lompa, Blake Kalfsbeek and Luke Kalfsbeek as well as many friends and family.
Please join us for A Celebration of Life at the Williams Neighborhood Church, 606 12th St., in Williams, on August 9, 2022, at 10AM.
Graveside services will follow at the Arbuckle Cemetery.
A reception will be held at the Granzella’s Banquet Hall, 457 7th Street in Williams.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Williams Neighborhood Church, Williams Fire Department, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or a charity of choice. ■
