Two bench warrants totaling $100,000 were issued Oct. 21 for the
arrest of Steven Lloyd Lathan, 54, of Clearlake, after he twice failed to appear in court on charges of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. Lathan was arrested by the Williams Police Department on March 26.
After having to postpone its biggest fundraising event of the year twice due to COVID restrictions, the third time was the charm for the Colusa RedHawk Athletic Foundation as they hosted a highly successful golf tournament at the Colusa Golf and Country Club.
