We’ve (most of us raised in Christian homes) have heard it all of our lives. Signs of the end will include wars and rumors of wars. It had happened and will happen. Some of them may be a part of God’s plan for the End Times. However, Jesus urged his people to focus on being good servants who know he is coming soon, not guessing games.
This said, I have to pray that me and mine are ready. None of us truly know the time the end will come. Our best bet is to be ready and act accordingly.
There is a lot of hatefulness going on in our world these days.
The atrocities happening in Israel are difficult to comprehend. It more than saddens us to see the terror and destruction happening in war there.
Watching the news (never a good thing) we see that conflict and hatred spilling over into our own country as well with demonstrations in the streets. That never solves anything. It just stirs the pot of anger.
Pray!
My answer as in all things is to pray. Pray for courage. Pray for peace. End of time? Who knows? I have no doubt where I’m headed if it is the end here on earth. That is the peace of it all.
Regardless of where you stand on the Christian aspect of it all. Regardless of whether you believe in End Times we all recognize the devastation of recent days happenings.
If you pray, pray for Gods hand to be on it all. Pray for these victims and families of victims. Pray that peace will prevail.
As long as we have faith.
