Sally Ann Ayala-Cardenas
We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Sally Ann Ayala-Cardenas.
Sally was born Nov. 3, 1974 in Colusa County and has been a beloved member of her community since.
She worked for Colusa County Behavioural Health for 16 years. She was also a foster parent to many beautiful children whom she still called her own until the day she passed. She always had a smile on her face and would do anything for anyone who needed her. She was an angel in our community and will be missed.
Sally was survived by her husband Robert Cardenas of Colusa and their beautiful children. Robert Jr, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Pedro and one daughter Natalie.
She had many beautiful grandchildren that meant everything to her. She loved spending her free time being a grandma.
She is also survived by her parents Ruben and Janie Ayala from Colusa, five siblings: brothers, Ruben Ayala Jr., Michael Ayala, Joseph Ayala, and sisters, Christina Ayala-Long, Michelle Ayala, and Tammy Llamas. And lots of nieces and nephews.
Her celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday Nov. 19, 2022, at the Colusa Wellness Center Gym, 3720 CA-45 in Colusa. ■
