Elsa Marian Johnson of Maxwell passed away on October 19, 2022, at home, with family by her side.
Elsa was born March 31, 1941, at the Colusa Memorial Hospital to Joseph and Marie Pfyl of Delevan.
Elsa is Survived by her Children John (Kriss) Davis of Middletown, Lane Davis of Maxwell, Ronnie Johnson of Williams, Randy (Melodie) Johnson of Colusa, and Julie (Chris) Swanson of Coos Bay, OR. Elsa is proceeded in death by her Parents Joseph and Marie Pfyl, Sister Maria Lewis, Brothers Albert Pfyl and Frank Pfyl. First Husband Wes Davis, late husband Robert Johnson and son Michael Johnson.
Elsa’s passions included taking care of her family, being active in our community and going above and beyond to make sure our veterans were honored for their sacrifices.
Graveside services for Elsa will take place at 1 PM on Thursday, November 10, 2022, at the Maxwell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made in her memory to the Maxwell American Legion Auxiliary Unit 218, Maxwell Cemetery Beautification, Maxwell Music Department, or Maxwell High School Rodeo. ■
