On February 6, 2024, our beloved family member, Michael Ann (Baker) Mikaelsen aged 64 passed away peacefully at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon with her family at her side. She was born on August 5, 1959, and lived a good portion of her life in Williams, CA, graduating from Williams High School. Soon after graduation she married Clyde Baker Jr and had two children, Erica and Clyde III.
Michael worked many odd jobs but really loved working in the restaurant business. Always happy to meet new people and to help anyone who needed a hand. Michael moved to Stanfield, Oregon with her husband Chance Mikaelsen in 2007. She spent the last few years working closely with her mom making quilts and crocheting hats for non-profit organizations in Umatilla County. Michael is survived by her husband, Chance Mikaelson, her two children, Erica (partner Amber) and Clyde (wife Cassandra), two grandchildren Hope and Clyde Baker IV. She is also survived by her mother Irene Buchanan Jimmerson and father Donald Rollins. Siblings: Claudia Buchanan, Lindia (Mike) Dougherty, Jim (Priscilla) Buchanan, Cindy (Jake) Pearson, Dawn (Jim) Brown, Margie (Will) Otterson, Sharol (shaun) Kuska and Lisa Hitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her stepfather Mutt (POP) Buchanan, stepmother Mary Rollins, brother Scott Rollins, sister Dorothy Rollins and numerous grandparents. Graveside services will be held at the Williams Cemetery on June 10, 2024 at 10:30 with a reception to follow.
