Timothy Allen Rennick has finally found peace and went home to his heavenly father on November 1, 2022. Tim was born in Colusa, CA on February 10, 1966, and grew up in Maxwell. He graduated a good student and stellar athlete from Maxwell High School in 1984. Tim worked with his father in Farming and Construction after high school. Eventually, Tim branched out from under his father’s tutellidge to start his own construction business, Rennick’s Custom Works.
He was especially talented with finish work, tile work, and masonry. Tim also became certified by the International Code Council as a commercial building inspector and worked on a number of significant projects in the North State.
Tim married and helped in raising his two stepdaughters Tabitha Hamblin and Shawna Hamblin and was especially proud of them. He is preceded in death by his father Cecil Rennick. He is survived by his loving mother Shirley Rennick, his older brother David Rennick, younger sisters Vicki Wilson (Randy), and Amy Schmidt (Bill). He loved his many nieces and nephews and enjoyed watching them grow and thrive in life.
Services will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 10 AM at the Maxwell Baptist Church with burial and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Ministerial Association of Colusa County. ■
