Timothy Joseph Carroll was born in Sacramento, CA on Nov. 17, 1952 and passed away at his home, the family rice farm in Maxwell, CA on Nov. 24, 2017.
At Tims request there will be no services but a Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM on March 10, 2018 at the American Legion Hall in Maxwell, CA. located at 250 Oak Street.
Family and friends are invited to come and celebrate his life, refreshments will be available.
