NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL PUBLIC PROPERTY AND PROVISION OF PRIORITY OFFERS
On December 14, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the Williams Unified School District (“District”) declared following parcel of real property to be surplus to the District’s needs:
1500 E Street, Williams, CA 95987
Identified by: APN 005-201-032.
In accordance with California Education Code section 17464 et seq., the Williams Unified School District hereby notifies all PUBLIC DISTRICTS, PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, PUBLIC AGENCIES, PUBLIC CORPORATIONS, and any other POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, and NONPROFIT CHARITABLE or NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATIONS of its intent to sell the Property for fair market value.
If any such organization desires to purchase the Property for fair market value, please submit a letter of interest from your agency to the District prior to 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2022.
