Notice is hereby given that Tri Counties Bank, 63 Constitution Drive, Chico, California 95973 has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open a new branch to be located at 600 Market Street, Colusa, Colusa County, California 95932.

Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at the Regional Office, 25 Jessie Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105, not later than October 29, 2021.  The non-confidential portions of the application file are on file in the Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.  Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
