NOTICE OF ELECTION AND NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR THE OFFICE OF COMMISSIONER 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sacramento River West Side levee District shall hold an election on November 09, 2021, for the purpose of electing three Commissioners to three open seats on its Board of Commissioners. Nominating Petitions for the position of Commissioner may be obtained by calling the District at (530)437-2221 or by picking one up at the District headquarters at 975 Wilson Bend Road, Grimes, CA 95950. Nominating Petitions may be filed by mail at P.O. Box 50, Grimes, CA 95950. Nominating Petitions must be received by the District no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021. 

If the number of candidates is greater than the number of available seats, an election will be held. Persons interested in serving as Commissioner may obtain more information contacting the Anne Zwald at (530)437-2221 ext.5.
