NOTICE OF ELECTION AND NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR THE OFFICE OF TRUSTEE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Reclamation District No. 108 shall hold an all-mailed ballot election on November 09, 2021, for the purpose of electing Trustees to open seats on the Board of Trustees of  Reclamation District No. 108 (two seats open}. Declarations of Candidacy may be obtained by calling the District at (530}437-2221, or by writing to the District at P.O. Box SO, Grimes, CA 95950. Declarations may be filed by mail to the above address or in person at 975 Wilson Bend Road, Grimes, CA 95950 no later than September 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. 

If the number of candidates is greater than the number of available seats, an election will be held. Persons interested in serving as Trustee may obtain more information by contacting Anne Zwald at (530}437-2221 ext. 5.
