PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that default has been made in the payment of the assessments levied in the year 2020 – 2021 due to Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District upon the herein described lands and real property all of which is situated in the County of Colusa, State of California, and within the boundaries of said District and which said lands and real property have been duly levied upon, according to, and as provided by the ” Water Code” of the State of California, and that the following are names of the persons and a description of the property delinquent and the total amount of assessment, penalties for delinquency, and costs due thereon, with publication costs to be added to the amount set forth below.

In the following described parcels, the defaults are arranged as follows:

First, assessment number; second, name; third, description of property and fourth, total amount of assessment, penalties for delinquency and costs due thereon.  (All situate in the County of Colusa, State of California)

PUBLIC NOTICE is further given that unless the assessments delinquent, together with penalties and costs accrued therein as shown in the foregoing list are paid, the real property upon which assessments are a lien will, on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at the offices of said Irrigation District, located at 344 East Laurel Street, in the City of Willows, Glenn County, California, and within said Irrigation District, be sold to said Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District, and that said sale will be conducted and carried out under the provisions and requirements of the ” Water Code” of the State of California.
