NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION WITH PROPOSED LIENS FOR UNPAID SOLID WASTE FEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Williams (“City”) will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 810 E Street, City of Williams, CA 95987, to consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the recording of delinquent solid waste service charges and penalties as liens against the real properties served. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing, any person interested, including all persons owning property in the City, may appear and be heard.
