NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Colusa County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing January 5, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, to consider the following:
Joe Cheney PD-21-31 – A proposed Resolution of the Planning Commission to adopt a CEQA Exemption and approve a variance to reduce the residential accessory building side yard setback from 3 feet to 0 feet. This would allow for the applicant to obtain a building permit to construct an attached patio/deck cover 15 feet by 22 feet or 330 square feet. The project site is zoned Residential Single Family (R-1-6). The project site is located at 256 Vine Street in the community of Maxwell, identified as APN 013-016-011.
The Planning Commission will consider an exemption from CEQA pursuant to Title 14, Article 19 of the California Code of Regulations and Adopt a Categorical Exemption, because the project is considered exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15305(a) Minor Alterations to Land Use Limitations, because the project consists of a Variance to the side yard setbacks for accessory buildings.
