Polling place voters may find their polling location on the insert provided with their ballot/Voter Information packet that was mailed to them.  Permanent vote by mail voters wanting to vote in person can use the insert provided to them with their ballot/Voter Information Pamphlet packet to find their polling place.  Voters may also look up their polling place location, their registration status, and view their Sample Ballot/Voter Information Pamphlet online at www.countyofcolusa.org/elections  or call 1-877-458-0501.

Voting In Person:   Bring the unvoted mail ballot with you to your designated polling place on Election Day.  You will need to exchange your unvoted ballot for a precinct ballot at your polling place.  See your voter guide or the pamphlet included with your ballot for more details.

Vote By Mail voters: May return their voted ballot by mail, drop box located outside of 546 Jay Street, Colusa, deliver it to the Registrar of Voters office, or drop it off at any polling place on Election Day. Voters may hand deliver their ballots to any polling place on September 14th Election Day before close of polls at 8:00p.m.  If mailing, Vote-by-mail ballots must be postmarked by Election Day 8:00p.m. AND received by the Elections Office no later than 7 days after the election.  Voters may also drop off their voted ballots at the Elections Office Monday “ Friday between 8:30a.m.-4p.m. 

September 13th 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m., &  September 14th 7:00a.m.-8:00p.m. Vote by Mail voters can take advantage of the drive-up drop-off service located at 546 Jay Street, in front of the Elections Office (Hall of Records). 

If you were not registered to vote by the August 30, 2021 deadline, Conditional Voter Registration is available to persons that did not register to vote by at the Colusa County Elections Office 

Conditional Voter Registration is currently available to any eligible person who was not registered to vote by the registration deadline of August 30, 2021. Conditional Voter Registration is available at the Colusa County Elections Office during normal business hours Monday “ Friday, 8:30am “ 4:00pm and on Election Day 7:00am to close of polls at 8:00pm.  On Election Day Conditional Voter Registration will also be available at all Colusa County Polling Places.

In person voting assistance is currently available at the Colusa County Elections Office during normal business hours Monday “ Friday, 8:30am “ 4:00pm and on Election Day 7:00am to close of polls at 8:00pm.  Appointments can be made with the Colusa County Elections Office for in person voting assistance. Call 1-877-458-0501 if you would like to make an appointment. 

Voters with an unsigned vote by mail ballot or mismatched signature can remedy their ballots by returning the unsinged ballot statement or signature notification statement that was mailed to them to the Colusa County Elections Office.  Voters can return the completed statement in the postage paid envelope that was provided to them, hand deliver it to the Colusa County Elections Office located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 200, Colusa, drop it in the ballot drop box located at 546 Jay Street, Colusa, fax it to 458-0512, or on Election day, you can drop it off at any polling place between 7:00am “ 8:00pm.  If you dont have the form that was mailed to you, you can go to www.countyofcolusa.org/elections and print the form from the site and use any of the return methods stated.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that ballots will be centrally tabulated at the Colusa County Elections Office located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 200, Colusa Ca on Election Day.   Election Results will be posted on the website after 8:00 p.m. on September 14, 2021 and will continue to be updated until all precincts have reported. 

NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that ballots will be collected from the Official Ballot Drop Box located at 546 Jay Street, Colusa on the following dates at the approximate times: Weekdays at 4:15, September 12th 9:00am, September 14th upon close of polls at 8:00pm the box will be locked and final ballots retrieved.
