NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 556 on October 4, 2022. The Ordinance passed by a 4-1 vote: 

AYES:  Mayor Thomas Reische, Council Members, Josh Hill, Denise Conrado and Daniel Vaca. 

NOES:  Council Member Ponciano.
