NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 547 on February 2, 2021. The Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 5-0 vote of Mayor Josh Hill, and Council Members Greg Ponciano, Thomas Reische, Denise Conrado and Daniel Vaca.

Ordinance 548 authorizes the City of Colusa to provide all necessary information to the auditor/tax collector of the County of Colusa in order to effect proper billing and collection of the special tax, so that the special tax shall be included on the secured property tax roll of the County of Colusa for fiscal year 2021-2022 and for each fiscal year thereafter until the expenses of the CFD are paid.  The full text is on the Citys website at www.cityofcolusa.com
