AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUSA AND ZAPATA BROTHERS ENTERPRISE RELATIVE TO THE OPERATION OF A CANNABIS PACKAGING OR LABELING (” TYPE P” MANUFACTURING) FACILITY LOCATED AT 208 AND 210 6TH ST. IN COLUSA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 547 on February 2, 2021. The Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 5-0 vote of Mayor Josh Hill, and Council Members Greg Ponciano, Thomas Reische, Denise Conrado and Daniel Vaca.

The facility located at 208 and 210 6th Street would be a non-storefront retail sale of cannabis products. The full text is on the Citys website at www.cityofcolusa.com.
