AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLUSA REZONING APPROXIMATELY 12.83 ACRES LOCATED AT 1425 5TH STREET TO SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1) DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa City Council adopted Ordinance No. 546 on February 2, 2021. The Ordinance was passed and adopted by a 5-0 vote of Mayor Josh Hill, and Council Members Greg Ponciano, Thomas Reische, Denise Conrado and Daniel Vaca.

Ordinance 546 approves Jon and Julieanne Cheney and Jeffrey Wilson (applicants) to rezone 12.83 acres to a Single Family Residential District at 1425 5th Street.  The full text is on the Citys website at www.cityofcolusa.com.
