NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Colusa County Office of Education, California, hereinafter referred to as the County is requesting proposals, for the award of Erate contracts for the following:

Category 1: Data Transmission

Electronic proposals will be accepted up to but not later than, 4:00 PM PST February 21, 2023. The RFP and all addendum(s), questions and answers will be posted to the E-rate EPC website at https://data.usac.org/publicreports/Forms/Form470Rfp/Index

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received, even with SLD funding approval. In addition, the county reserves the right to deny any or all proposals associated with this RFP, even with SLD funding approval. The county reserves the right to accept the pricing proposal solely dependent upon SLD approval.
