Pierce Joint Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for multifunction copy/print/scan hardware service and supplies.

Proposals will be accepted via online responses through Optimizon until Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 3:00 PT. For access codes to the online RFP system and a copy of the RFP invitation, contact Lisa Kitamura, Optimizon, lkitamura@optimizon.com. A link to a training video for the online tool provided by Optimizon will be included in the RFP invitation.

If you wish to be considered as a potential supplier by Pierce Joint Unified School District, you must fully complete the online Request for Proposal as required.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularity therein.
