REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
AUDIT AND COMPLIANCE REVIEW SERVICES FOR CANNABIS BUSINESS

City of Colusa invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for audit and compliance review services of existing cannabis businesses. Consultants who submit proposals for this project must be appropriately licensed as may be required by the State of California and be experienced in the field of auditing. The City of Colusa is an equal opportunity employer.

Three (3) copies of the proposal must be received by City of Colusa no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2022.  Late proposals will not be accepted. All proposals and documents submitted become the property of City of Colusa. Information considered proprietary shall be identified as such when the proposal is submitted. Proposals may be submitted by mail or in person to the address on Page 1 of this RFP.
