ORDINANCE 827

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a regular meeting of the Colusa County Board of Supervisors on December 6, 2022, in the Board Chambers located at 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, CA, the Board approved passage of Ordinance 827 as follows:

ORDINANCE SUMMARY

The County of Colusa adopted Ordinance 827 a Zoning Code text amendment to amend the definition of Hotel and Motel in Section 44-0.10. Definitions, of the County Code to add occupancy time limits, add a new definition of Hotel and Motel – Extended Stay, with occupancy time limits, and amend related allowed use tables.

This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage. It shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the ordinance in a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Colusa, State of California, within fifteen (15) days after its passage.

Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Colusa, State of California, on the 6th day of December 2022, by the following roll call vote:

AYES:     Supervisors Daurice K. Smith, Kent S. Boes, Denise J. Carter,  Gary J. Evans and Merced Corona

NOES:     None.

ABSENT:  None.
