WILLIAMS, CA (MPG) – Luke Charter of Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security Studies during the Spring 2026 semester at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Charter also earned a place on the university’s President’s Honor Roll for the spring semester.
The President’s Honor Roll recognizes undergraduate students who achieve a perfect 4.0 grade point average while completing at least 12 semester hours during the term.
