Kelly James Dyett, 35, of Williams, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:03 a.m. on May 5 at Highway 20 and Farinon Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and felony parole violation. He was held without bail.
Emiliano Gutierrez Leos, 19, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:12 a.m. on May 6 in the 200 block of Parkhill St. in Colusa on suspicion of evading a peace officer, driving at an unsafe speed and driving without a license. Bail was set at $5,000.
Gerald Deverney Alderson Jr., 40, of Clearlake, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:49 p.m. on May 7 at State Route 20 and Virginia Street on a Sacramento County warrant hold. Bail was set at $50,000.
Bal Chand Ram, 62, of Antelope, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 6:26 p.m. on May 7 on Cosner St. in Maxwell on suspicion of felony vandalism causing more than $400 in damage. Bail was set at $10,000.
Brandon Scott Buttrey, 30, of Princeton, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:29 p.m. on May 8 in the area of State St. in Princeton on suspicion of soliciting a lewd act in public. He was later detained and released.
Keith Alan Gooch Wittlake, 30, of Garberville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:05 p.m. on May 8 at State Route 20 and King Road on suspicion of DUI causing bodily injury, DUI with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent causing bodily injury and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Bail was set at $250,000.
Lacey Michelle Manchester, 39, of Princeton, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:34 p.m. on May 9 near the levee between Packer Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving alcohol.
Roberto Moreno, 30, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:25 p.m. on May 9 on Maxwell Sites Road in Colusa County on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Yael Santiago Vaca Perez, 20, of Lodi, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 12:31 a.m. on May 10 on Highway 45 in Colusa on suspicion of possessing a driver’s license or identification to commit forgery. Bail was set at $10,000.
