The following arrests were reported by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office. All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
Jason Munoz Hall, 31, of Colusa, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Oct. 20 in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating a domestic violence protective order and contempt of court involving disorderly behavior.
Bobbi Lee Attaway, 26, of Colusa, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Oct. 20 in Colusa on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a court order.
Miguel Jauregui Velasquez, 37, of Arbuckle, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on Oct. 21 in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Carrie Marie Wagner, 42, of Colusa, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 21 in Colusa on suspicion of trespassing by refusing to leave property and possession of a controlled substance.
Damian Michael Wurm, 19, of Nice, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. on Oct. 23 in Colusa County on suspicion of evading a peace officer with willful or wanton disregard for safety and driving with a suspended license.
Syrus Sam White, 25, of Ganado, Arizona, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. on Oct. 24 in Colusa on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
Nathan Quail Top McCloud, 30, of Colusa, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. on Oct. 24 in Colusa on suspicion of public intoxication.
Lester Francis Miller, 64, of Colusa, was at 7:02 p.m. on Oct. 26 north of Leesville on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more.
