ARBUCKLE, CA (MPG) – Downtown Arbuckle filled with classic cars, hot rods, trucks and spectators on Sunday, Oct. 25, as the Arbuckle Revitalization Committee hosted its 24th annual Arbuckle Car Show.
Over 324 vehicles lined downtown streets as visitors browsed restored classics, custom builds and vintage pickups. Some owners decorated their entries for Halloween, while families stopped to admire the cars and take photographs.
This year’s show also featured the event’s first rib cook-off, adding another attraction to the gathering that has become an annual tradition in the southern Colusa County community.
“Every year it seems to get better and better, but this year, hands down, topped the rest!” organizers said.
The Arbuckle Car Show began 24 years ago when a small group of friends organized the event. Since then, it has grown into a community fundraiser that attracts vehicle owners and spectators from throughout the region.
The committee plans to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary in 2027, with additional activities planned for the milestone event.
