The following individuals were arrested on suspicion of the listed charges. All suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Serafin Ruiz Araujo, 33, of Williams, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. on Aug. 10 at Valley Vista Park on suspicion of disobeying a court order, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Hugo Villagomez, 46, of Riverbank, was booked by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 11 in Sacramento on a U.S. Marshals Service warrant hold.

Serafin Ruiz Araujo, 33, of Williams, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on Aug. 12 in the area of Colus Ave. in Colusa on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and disobeying a court order.

Juan Francisco Alcaraz, 54, of Colusa, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Aug. 12 at in the area of Market St. in Colusa on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and destroying or concealing evidence. Alcaraz was also arrested on a warrant alleging disorderly conduct involving alcohol.

Conrod Mapnetaff Morrison, 49, of Laurton, New York, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 13 at int the area of E. Carson St. in Colusa on a warrant from the Henry County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia.

Graciela Lopez, 40, of Davis, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Aug. 14 in the area of Eighth St. in Williams on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and disobeying a court order.

Donovan Robert Schleif, 21, of Clearlake, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 14 on westbound Highway 20 west of Walnut Drive on two Clearlake Police Department warrant holds.

Johnny Ray Crabtree, 46, of Selma, Oregon, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. on Aug. 15 at Highway 20 and Niagara Avenue on warrants alleging possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to pay fines for a probation violation. Crabtree was also booked on warrant holds from the Woodland Police Department and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office.

Patrick Myrle Broussard, 63, of Pittsburg, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. on Aug. 15 at E and Sixth streets in Williams on suspicion of disobeying a court order, driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Javier Joseph Taylor Serna, 24, of Sacramento, was arrested at 4:06 a.m. on Aug. 16 on Highway 20 east of Williams on warrants alleging grand theft from a person, felony vandalism, driving without a license, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to provide proof of insurance and exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm.

Damian Bustos Galindo, 53, of Marysville, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on Aug. 16 on Highway 45 south of Harbison Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

Lance M. Lavvoie, 44, of Sutter, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Aug. 16 at Country Club and Meadow View drives on warrants alleging driving on a license suspended or revoked for DUI, a vehicle registration violation and failure to provide proof of insurance.
