Things just didn’t go the Yellowjackets’ way last week as they suffered two Mid-Valley League losses.
Starting off in Chico against the Lynx, Giselle Navarro handed out 12 assists, while Mia Rivera logged six kills and Lupita Zuniga finished with five.
Returning home to face Hamilton City, Williams was forced out of the system by an aggressive Braves squad and as a result had difficulty putting away points.
Rivera had a game-high 13 kills and Navarro dished out 13 assists.
Williams (9-16, 1-3) looked to get back on track this week when it hosted Biggs on Tuesday and Maxwell on Thursday.H
