For the second year in a row, Colusa’s Brett Gross was the last man standing at the Trinity County Fair’s Destruction Derby on July 16 at the Mountain Valley Raceway in Hayfork. Gross outlasted 26 competitors from as far away as San Jose through three heats and a main event to come away with the $10,000 prize.
