Jeannine H. Struckmeyer passed away November 20, 2016 at her home in Arbuckle, CA at the age of 87. She was born November 7, 1929 in Woodland, CA. She was a lifelong resident of Arbuckle.
Jeannine was a teacher for 38 years in Williams, Grimes, and Arbuckle schools. She touched many little kindergarteners lives. She enjoyed entertaining family and friends, playing bridge, singing in the church choir, baking desserts, and gardening. She had a positive outlook on life and was always ready for an adventure.
Jeannine is survived by her sons, Tedd Struckmeyer (Lynda) of Turlock, CA and Mark Struckmeyer (Katrina) of Arbuckle, CA, and daughter, Lisa McClish of Dixon, CA, sisters Barbara LaRue (Dick) of Carpinteria, CA and Karen Miller (Jacob) of Crescent City, CA, 4 grandchildren and 9 greatgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years, Thomas Struckmeyer, and her parents Harold and Edith Hill.
The celebration of her life is scheduled for 2:00p.m. Saturday, December 3rd at the Arbuckle United Methodist Church, 600 Pendleton Way, Arbuckle, CA.
