PARADISE, CA (MPG) β Colusa journeyed into the foothills last Tuesday and came away with its second team victory of the season as it swept Paradise 7-0.
Playing without a gusting wind for the first time in weeks, the RedHawks found the conditions to their liking as Coach Tina Lyons explained.

Colusaβs entire singlesβ ladder won decisively in straight sets starting with No. 1 Jesse Medina who defeated his opponent 6-2, 6-2.
Following suit, Arthur Andreotti (6-2, 6-2), Elias Sierra (6-1, 6-0), Oziel Morales (6-1, 6-1) and Alberto Leos (6-1, 6-2) all came away victorious in record time.
It was more of the same in the two doublesβ matches where Medina and Andreotti bested the competition 8-2, while Sierra and Morales won 8-2.
After taking a few days off for Spring Break, the RedHawks return to the court Apr. 9 in Willows.
