NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Colusa is soliciting sealed bids from qualified purchasers for the acquisition of certain County-owned real property commonly known as the Colusa Medical Center, pursuant to Resolution No. 26-042 adopted by the Colusa County Board of Supervisors under Government Code sections 25526 through 25539, more specifically detailed in Request For Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be received by January 12, 2027 at the Clerk of the Board of Supervisor’s Office, 547 Market St., Suite 102 Colusa, California 95932 no later than 8:30 a.m.
The RFP is available on the County website at www.countyofcolusaca.gov in the Bids section.
Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name “RFP- County Real Property Sale”, and the proposer’s name. Oral, telephonic, faxed, or
emailed proposals will not be accepted.
The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any proposal(s).
