NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Colusa County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 546 Jay Street, Suite 108, Colusa, California, to
consider the following application:
Ottenwalter Williamson Act Rescind & Reentry Contracts #PD-26-11 – A request for a Public Hearing to adopt a Resolution Rescinding Williamson Act Contract #99-7, and Reentry
into new Williamson Act Contracts WA#26-03 & WA26-04 to allow the recordation of Tentative Parcel Map PD-26-11.
The subject property has a General Plan land use designation of AG (Agricultural General) and a zoning designation of EA (Exclusive Agriculture).
The project site is located at 6842 Harbison Road, Colusa, California 95932, east of State Highway 45 (APN: 015-060-091).
