Several fictitious business name statements were filed with the Colusa County Clerk. New filings include Heartland to Home, Grob Apartments, Rimrock Manufacturing, G&L Farms and JLC Farms, with registrants in Colusa, Williams, Maxwell, Princeton and Oroville.
A petition for probate has been filed in the estate of Roy Junior Iddings, also known as Roy Iddings and Roy J. Iddings. A hearing is scheduled for Feb. 23, 2026, in Colusa County Superior Court.
Two separate name change petitions were filed in Colusa County Superior Court. Laura Ramos Placencia seeks to change her name to Laura Plascencia. A hearing is set for March 10, 2026. In a second matter, Hugo Velazquez and Blanca Ornelas petition to change the name of Valeria Ornelas to Valeria Velazquez Ornelas, also set for hearing March 10, 2026.
The Colusa County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing March 4, 2026, on a tentative parcel map request to divide a 2.56 acre parcel near Williams into two residential parcels.
A public notice announces a Feb. 19, 2026 negotiation session in Sacramento regarding a proposed agreement between the Bureau of Reclamation and the Sites Project Authority for capacity interest in the proposed Sites Reservoir project.
A lien sale is scheduled for Feb. 24, 2026, at 1185 Freshwater Road in Williams for a 1991 Mercedes-Benz.
