COLUSA, CA (MPG) – The Colusa Certified Farmers Market returns Thursday, giving residents a weekly opportunity to shop for fresh produce, baked goods and handmade goods while enjoying family activities at Veterans Memorial Park.
The market will be open every Thursday from July 9 through Aug. 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at 10th Street Veterans Memorial Park in Colusa.
Through Aug. 8, the market will be held in partnership with the Levitt AMP Colusa Music Series, allowing visitors to shop before enjoying the free evening concerts in the park.
The market will feature local farmers offering fresh produce along with artisans and crafters selling handmade items. Vendors will also offer breads and baked goods.
Community organizations will also participate, and families can enjoy children’s games and activities throughout the event.
The Colusa Certified Farmers Market is sponsored by the California Counties Ministerial Association.
