WILLIAMS, CA (MPG) – With the official start of football practice less than a month away, two local teams took a break from the grind of summer practice to participate in a friendly 7 v. 7 competition.
Hosted by the Yellowjackets, who were joined by contingents from Pierce and Live Oak, the teams got in repetitions on both offense and defense against some different competition.
In a continuing effort to condition as well as promote skill development and team chemistry for all participants, Williams entertained another group of teams on July 8 at McCarl Field.
