Bobby James Robinson, 35, of Sacramento, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on June 22 on Interstate 5 southbound just south of Hahn Road on suspicion of resisting or obstructing a peace officer and failing to obey a lawful order of a peace officer. Additional allegations included violating freeway pedestrian restrictions. Bail was set at $5,000.
Alexa Noel Vanlandingham, 19, of San Mateo, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on June 22 on Interstate 5 northbound south of Husted Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. Bail was set at $2,000. She was later released on her own recognizance with a notice to appear Aug. 18.
Jose Angel Flores Melchor, 56, of Colusa, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. on June 23 at Colusa Medical Center on warrants for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more and probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.
