Jonathan Alvarado Reyes, 37, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:38 p.m. on Feb. 2 in the 1700 block of Third Street on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Lacey Michelle Manchester, 39, of Princeton, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:49 p.m. on Feb. 3 southbound on State Route 45 south of Maxwell Road on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail and released the same day.
Dion Demetris Omondi, 30, of Grimes, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 9:24 p.m. on Feb. 4 at Second Street and Main Street in Grimes on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail and held with no bail.
Alvaro Ruben Puentes-Diaz, 29, of Dunnigan, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 4 on Interstate 5 northbound at the College City off-ramp on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher.
