Juan Santiago Cruz, 24, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 8:49 p.m. on Jan. 9 near Highway 20 and the golf course on suspicion of providing false identification to a peace officer, multiple DUI-related offenses, driving with a license suspended for DUI, obstructing a peace officer, aggravated battery on a spouse, and probation violation. He was also held on a Mendocino County warrant. Bail totaled $30,000.
Salvador Herrera Pedraza, 25, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:15 a.m. on Jan. 11 in the 80 block of Navajo Drive on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Diana Christina MacDonald, 44, of Oroville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office at 8:54 a.m. on Jan. 11 at Colusa Casino on suspicion of multiple drug-related offenses, possession of metal knuckles, smuggling a controlled substance into a jail, and driving with a suspended license. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail, with bail set at $30,000 on the felony charge and $7,000 on the suspended license warrant.
Hernan Cortez Jr., 19, of Woodland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:28 p.m. on Jan. 11 northbound on State Route 45 north of Maxwell on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, driving under the influence of drugs, and resisting a peace officer. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.
Richard Jacob Garcia, 36, listed as transient of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 5:05 p.m. on Jan. 11 in the 1700 block of Highway 20 near Rancho Colus on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer. He was also held on a no-bail warrant from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Haatef Mohammad Parwani, 37, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 4:50 p.m. on Jan. 13 in the 100 block of Highway 45 on suspicion of making criminal threats, exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm, and felony vandalism. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $60,000 bail.
