Billy Darrin Fred, 39, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:02 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the 1000 block of Webster Street on suspicion of battery causing serious bodily injury. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Matthew Allen Nelson, 31, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 4:01 p.m. on Jan. 19 at Fourth and D streets in Williams on suspicion of resisting a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Juan Daniel Alcaraz Velazquez, 20, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 12:44 a.m. on Jan. 20 in the 700 block of Eighth Street on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Abraham Leos, 33, of Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:09 p.m. on Jan. 20 on suspicion of driving under the influence, hit and run with property damage, and contempt of court. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Brandon Wheeler Bryant, 40, of Worland, Wyoming, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:14 p.m. on Jan. 22 at Hankins Road and Beauchamp Road on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.

Alberto Molina Melesio, 30, of Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:17 p.m. on Jan. 24 in the 700 block of Carson Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving alcohol and contempt of court. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Mary Ann Zaragoza Wilson, 51, of Maxwell, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 9:01 p.m. on Jan. 23 at Wilson Road and McCoy Road on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher. She was booked into the Colusa County Jail on $2,000 bail.
