COLUSA, CA (MPG) — The Colusa City Council recognized Brandon Mitchell with a five-year service award at its Sept. 2 meeting.
Mitchell, who was not present, has served in the city’s water department since Sept. 1, 2020. City officials expressed appreciation for his dedication and service.
