COLUSA, CA (MPG) – Colusa’s boy’s tennis team fell short 3-6 in a Sacramento Valley League match against Shasta View Academy (Alturas) on Mar. 18.

Playing in the No. 2 singles spot, Elias Sierra outlasted his opponent in a tiebreaker 6-2, 3-6, 10-6, while No. 6 Sam Fantl won in straight sets 6-4, 6-2.
The RedHawks picked up their third win in doubles, when the No. 1 team of Sierra and Marcos Deniz edged their competitors by a score of 8-6.

Colusa hosted SVL foe Quincy on Mar. 20, although no information was provided and hit the road this week for more conference action when it was in Paradise on Mar. 25 and Willows on Mar. 27.
