ARBUCKLE, CA – In the opener for both teams, the Yellowjackets looked in midseason form as they routed the Bears in their only game last week.

Adrian Solis, Ernie Lemus and Luis Jimenez each scored a brace of goals and assisted on another to lead the attack, while Kaled Rosales and Leo Hernandez added a goal apiece.
Pierce, who lost 0-4 to Rio Linda on Dec. 1 at the Live Oak Tournament before edging Marysville 5-4, provided no statistics.
This week Williams (1-0) hosted county rival Colusa on Tuesday before welcoming Willows to town on Thursday, while the Bears were in Orland on Dec. 5 then returned home to face Gridley on Dec. 7.

COLUSA, CA – It was a strong start to the season for the RedHawks as they shutout the visiting Braves in their home opener, but things got tougher against bigger schools as the week progressed.
Against Hamilton, Jesse Medina and Eric Gonzalez scored two goals each, while Phillip Santillan and Romeo Ponce added one apiece.

COLUSA, CA – It was a competitive first two outings for the RedHawks as they featured their young talent.

A trio of freshmen in Itzel Cruz, Melissa Avila and Janell Garcia each scored in their varsity debuts, but it wasn’t enough to overtake the visiting Braves.
This week is a busy one for Colusa (0-2) as they traveled to Williams on Tuesday and Corning on Thursday before hosting their first home tournament which runs from Dec. 8-9.
