Cecelia Mae Fox was born in Sagamihara, Japan on April 3, 1954 to the parents of Charles and Cecelia Fox.
Cecelia Mae was one of seven children and is survived by siblings. Mary Ann Linn, Linda (Douglas) Jackson, Charles (Debbie) Fox, John Fox, Denise Fox , and Dennis Fox.
Cecelia Mae received an AA Degree at Sacramento State with a major in Childhood Education.
Afterwards Cecelia Mae moved to Maxwell where she worked as a care assistant in Colusa for forty years.
Cecelia Mae loved to host family gatherings, bake and garden.
