MAXWELL, CA (MPG) – The Maxwell Park and Recreation District is preparing for its annual Pancake Breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 28, at Maxwell Elementary School, 146 North St.
Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 10 a.m. and will include pancakes, sausage, fruit, juice and coffee. The cost is $7 per person, and children age 2 and younger eat free.
The Easter Egg Hunt will begin at 10 a.m. and will include multiple age groups, with prizes awarded for Golden Eggs. All children are welcome to participate at no charge.
Organizers are currently seeking candy donations to help fill the eggs for the hunt. Donations of individually wrapped candy, excluding chocolate, may be dropped off at the Maxwell Elementary School office.
Community support helps ensure the annual event remains a fun tradition for local families.
