COLUSA COUNTY, CA (MPG) – The Colusa County Board of Supervisors approved appointments to the Colusa County Planning Commission for the 2026 term during its Jan. 27 meeting.
The board appointed David M. McCullough to represent District 1, Heath Krug to represent District 2, Gerry Nall to represent District 3, Kirk Pendleton to represent District 4 and Elizabeth Yerxa to represent District 5. Each appointment is for a one-year term effective through Jan. 31, 2027.
County staff reported that one application was received for each supervisorial district. All five appointees currently serve on the Planning Commission and requested reappointment for the 2026 calendar year.
The Planning Commission is made up of five members, each representing and residing in a supervisorial district. Commissioners are nominated by the district supervisor and confirmed by a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors.
The Planning Commission generally meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. Meetings are held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the Historic Colusa County Courthouse, 547 Market St. in Colusa.
