WILLIAMS, CA (MPG) – A large and enthusiastic crowd gathered inside the gymnasium at Williams High School last Thursday afternoon for a preview meet featuring wrestlers from Williams, Pierce, East Nicolaus, Willows, Los Molinos, and Biggs high school.
With action on two mats, there was plenty of excitement at the event, which served as
preparation for the league finals.
No team points were awarded, however, those
who participated gained valuable experience.
Those wishing to get a look at a growing sport in Colusa County will have an opportunity on
Dec. 20 when the ‘Jackets host for a second time.
