COLUSA, CA (MPG) — The Stagehands are inviting the community to get creative this fall with their third annual Scarecrow Contest, now underway through Oct. 20.

The contest is open to Colusa businesses, nonprofit organizations, clubs, and individuals. Entries can feature traditional or imaginative designs and should be displayed where the public can view them throughout the competition period.
Cash prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place. Community members will help decide the winners by voting on The Stagehands Facebook page, where photos of each scarecrow will be shared for online voting.
Entries opened Sept. 20 and will close Oct. 20. Winners will be announced Oct. 25.
